Monday – new week, new start

  1. It’s Monday…. a new week. Take a bath or shower, get dressed, brush your hair. Even if you change into comfy clothes, get out of those PJ’s. Small mental lift
  2. So you are cleaning out cupboards & closets and donation places are closed? Do it anyway and put your donation items into boxes and bags and place in your basement or out of the way, so they are ready to go later.
  3. Give yourself time to write, do puzzles, journal or read a book. Use that part of the brain you have ignored… it needs a workout too.
