Allow yourself to do nothing. Don&#8217;t get dressed, don&#8217;t comb your hair. Allow yourself time to just be and hug yourself. You are strong enough.<\/li><li>Curl up with books, binge watch movies &#8211; turn off the news<\/li><li>Eat cake for breakfast and fried eggs for dinner &#8211; WHO CARES!<br> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"100\" class=\"wp-image-1626\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/just4youorganizing.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/happiness-is-a-piece-of-cake-close-up-photography-227432.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br>Just make sure you eat and hydrate.<\/li><li>Allow time for healing, feeling. Cry, laugh, yell, scream.
